Summary

Mysqlnd is the rather new MySQL driver specially written for PHP. One of the mysqlnd's highlights is a plugin API that allows developers to change SQL queries on server level to override the behavior of certian apps.

A reallife example is the plugin mysqlnd_ms which adds the possibilty to add a master/slave cluster configuration to your app without having to change a single line of code - this also applies to Joomla, which is obviously something pretty nice.

This patch adds supprt for mysqlnd_ms to the debug plugin by providing connection information (especially the used server) for each fired query.

There are no BC breaks.
