Confirmed in 3.3.0 rc. Probably caused by the scroll-hack in javascript. In my case, it only happened when the page was around the height of the window. (For example if I reduce the size of the window, the bug disappears.)

Doesn't happen in Firefox.

I can no longer confirm this behaviour with Joomla 3.3.3 and Chrome 36 so I am closing this issue.

I still have the same issue, with ISIS backoffice template in Joomla 3 only using Chrome.
I have Joomla 3.3.6 and Chrome 37.0.2062.124 m .

The prolem appears when the height of the page is around the height of the window.

Did some of you find a solution?

Thank you
