When creating/editing a news entry with tinyMCE, there seems to be a problem using the 'Insert/Edit Media' tool. when clicked, the popup opens, you enter the info (i'm trying to embed a flash video player) in the 'General' pane, and then in the 'Advanced' pane.

The preview in the 'General' pane looks fine, however, when you click 'Insert' and then click 'Save', nothing shows up on the live page where the entry appears. i viewed the source and found that there is some disconnect between the code in the editor (before you save) and what gets transferred to the actual page. the final output for the object/embed tag looks like:

<object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase=",0,29,0" width="480" height="360"><param name="movie" value="undefined" /><param name="quality" value="high" /><param name="menu" value="false" /><param name="wmode" value="" /><embed src="undefined" wmode="" quality="high" menu="false" pluginspage="" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="480" height="360"></embed></object>

I can't reproduce this in J! 1.0.15; what I get is a box with a Flash logo. I believe this is the intended behavior.

I think the box with the Flash logo IS the problem.

I've got the same trouble in 1.5.15. The preview in the General pane looks fine (youtube video), but once I click 'Save', there is indeed the yellow box with the Flash logo, on the spot where the youtube video should be. On the 'live' site there is just an empty space. (no youtube video, no yellow Flash box).
