At the last meeting (1st May 2016) the PLT decided:

The PLT has agreed to rename 3.5.2 to 3.6. There will not be a 3.5.2 release and we will be shifting numbers for the next planned releases. Chris will be the Release Leader for the next minor release after 3.6.

Due to the amazing work of several contributors we have so many fixes and improvements we have decided to skip 3.5.2 and jump directly to 3.6

The goal of this survey is to provide a general overview of Joomla users and usage. The feedback we receive will shape the direction of our process and our future research efforts. The survey is very short and simple, it should only take a minute or two of your time. The more feedback we get the more we can help our users.
